I AM MANON.

A balancing act of harmonizing contrasts
in adventurous worlds of colours
and shapes.
After growing up in Bern, I earned my bachelor's degree from the Institute of Fashion Design in Basel. During my studies, I honed my skills through formative collaborations with fashion and costume designers in Berlin and Switzerland. This led to the opportunity to create sound coats for Daniel Glaus's spatial symphony 'Steinhimmel' in 2017.
Drawn to artistic challenges and new experiences, I relocated to Paris to complete my Master's degree at the Institut Français de la Mode in 2019. Since then, I've applied my expertise as a designer for Lanvin and Lacoste. In 2022, my passion for visual storytelling led me to return to Switzerland to pursue costume design for opera, operetta, and theater productions.
I am currently based in Paris and Bern.

Ein Balanceakt der harmonierenden Gegensätze in abenteuerlichen Farb- und Formwelten.
In Bern aufgewachsen, absolviere ich meinen Bachelor am Institut für Modedesign in Basel. Nachdem ich während meines Studiums anregende Erfahrungen bei verschiedenen Mode- und Kostümbildnern in Berlin und der Schweiz gesammelt habe, werde ich 2017 eingeladen, Klangmäntel für die Raumsym-phonie "Steinhimmel" von Daniel Glaus zu kreieren.
Meine Abenteuerlust zieht mich dann nach Paris, wo ich 2019 meinen Master am Institut Français de la Mode abschließe. Seither arbeite ich als Designerin für Marken wie Lanvin und Lacoste und kehre seit 2022 immer öfter in die Schweiz zurück, um Kostüme für Oper, Operette und Theater zu entwerfen.

Un exercice d'équilibre des contraires harmonieux dans des univers aventureux de couleurs et de formes.
Après avoir grandi à Berne, j'obtiens mon bachelor à l'Institut de Design et de la Mode de Bâle. Forte d'expériences stimu-lantes au cours de mes études auprès de divers créateurs de mode et de costumes à Berlin et en Suisse, je suis invitée en 2017 à créer des manteaux sonores pour la symphonie spatiale "Stein-himmel" de Daniel Glaus.
Mon envie d'aventure me persuade ensuite à Paris, où je termine mon master à l'Institut Français de la Mode en 2019. Je travailles en suite en tant que styliste pour des marques telles que Lanvin et Lacoste et depuis 2022 je reviens de plus en plus en Suisse pour créer des costumes d'opéra, d'opérette et de théâtre.
